The Montrose community yard sale is happening, and we want you on the map
One of my favorite things about living and working in North Idaho is how much people here actually show up for each other. That’s exactly the spirit behind this event.
On Saturday, May 30th, the Montrose neighborhood in Post Falls is hosting its 1st Annual Community Yard Sale, and I couldn’t be more excited to be a part of making it happen. As a REALTOR® with The Agency Coeur d’Alene and a Montrose resident, this is the kind of community investment that means something to me beyond the transaction.
I’m co-hosting alongside a local lender (name coming soon), and together we’re handling all the marketing so you don’t have to. One registration, and your home goes on a public map we’ll promote across the area, bringing shoppers straight to your door.
Here’s how it works
If you’re planning a yard sale this year, register below by May 23rd. That’s the hard deadline to make the map.
We’ll market the event publicly, build a neighborhood map of all participating homes, and release it the week of the sale so shoppers can plan their route.
If a yard sale isn’t in the cards for you this year, save the date anyway and plan to go shopping. There will also be two additional community yard sales happening in Coeur d’Alene that same day, hosted by fellow agents at The Agency. (Links coming soon.)
A couple of important notes:
- This event is completely free to participate in. Do not pay anyone to be included.
- The map will not be released until the week of the event.
