About Erika Solberg: Your Trusted REALTOR® in North Idaho and the Spokane Region
Two states, one REALTOR® who knows North Idaho and the Spokane region
Hi, I’m Erika Solberg, and I’ve been helping buyers and sellers across North Idaho and the Spokane region since 2019. Originally from Southern California, I made the move to North Idaho in 2011, a decision that changed my life and deepened my love for the Northwest’s natural beauty and tight-knit communities.
That personal connection means I don’t just sell houses. I help families discover the lifestyle that captured my own heart. Licensed in both Idaho and Washington, I bring 7 years of dedicated real estate experience to buyers and sellers throughout North Idaho and the Spokane region, from Kootenai, Bonner, Shoshone, and Benewah counties in Idaho to Spokane County in Eastern Washington.
I specialize in buying and selling homes across Coeur d’Alene, Post Falls, Hayden, Sandpoint, Rathdrum, Spirit Lake, Spokane, Liberty Lake, and surrounding communities in North Idaho and Eastern Washington.

What my clients say (and why it matters)
My clients consistently mention three things: my patience with first-time buyers, my responsiveness (seriously, I answer my phone), and my ability to handle complex situations, including remote transactions for out-of-state clients.
One client put it perfectly:
– Anna Ferrari
Another noted:
– Katie & Scout, Rathdrum
Specializing in your success
Whether you’re:
- Relocating from out of state (I’ve been there!)
- Buying your first home (I’ll explain everything, twice if needed)
- Selling to move up (or move on)
- Investing in the region’s growth (smart choice)
I bring the local expertise, market knowledge, and personal attention that turns stressful transactions into successful outcomes.
Why this region? Why now?
Having lived the relocation experience myself, I understand the mix of excitement and anxiety that comes with a big move. This region offers something rare: genuine community, outdoor recreation that’s actually accessible, and a housing market where your dollar still goes somewhere, whether you’re putting down roots in North Idaho or settling into the Spokane area.
I’m here to help you navigate not just the real estate transaction, but the lifestyle transition too. From understanding winter road conditions to finding trusted local contractors, I’m your connection to everything this region has to offer on both sides of the state line.
Let’s talk about your goals
After nearly a decade in this business, I’ve learned that every client’s story is unique. Some are escaping California’s cost of living. Others are drawn to Spokane’s urban energy with easy access to the outdoors. Many are simply ready for a place where you can build a career and actually have a life outside of work.
Whatever brings you to this region, I’m here to make sure you find exactly what you’re looking for, and probably discover a few things you didn’t know you wanted.

From admin background to regional real estate expertise
I didn’t stumble into real estate by accident. In 2017, I started as a receptionist at a local real estate office because I wanted to learn the business from the ground up. Two years of watching, learning, and absorbing everything I could about this region’s unique market led to my Idaho real estate license in 2019, followed by my Washington license shortly after.
That foundation matters. When you work with me, you’re getting someone who understands every detail of the transaction process, because I’ve seen it from every angle.
