If you’ve talked to me in the last few months, you probably suspected I was up to something. Well, it’s official: I’ve joined Avalon 24 Real Estate, and I’m now licensed in both Idaho and Washington, serving clients across North Idaho and the greater Spokane area.
One agent. One relationship. Both sides of the state line.
Why Avalon 24
Anyone who’s worked with me knows I don’t make big decisions lightly. I’ve spent nearly a decade building relationships and a reputation in North Idaho real estate, and I wasn’t about to hand that off to just any brokerage.
When I started looking at where I wanted to grow next, Avalon 24 kept coming up. The more I learned, the more obvious the choice became.
Avalon 24 was founded in 2021 by three childhood friends, Joel Elgee, Zac Scott, and Patrick Libey, who grew up together in the Spokane Valley and later became colleagues in real estate. Fun fact: the name comes from the streets they grew up on. Joel grew up on Avalon, and the other two grew up off 24th. Between them, they bring over 50 years of combined real estate experience, and it shows in how they’ve built this company.
Their motto is simple: built on trust. That’s not a tagline on a wall, it’s the culture. Real estate is one of the biggest financial decisions most people will ever make, and trust has to be earned every single time. That’s exactly how I’ve always run my business, so this felt like home.
I also have to give a shoutout to Joel Elgee, Avalon 24’s managing broker and owner. He’s still out there doing serious business himself while running two offices, one in Post Falls and one in Liberty Lake. That kind of hustle isn’t easy to find, and it tells you everything about the standard he holds his agents to. That’s the leadership I want behind me.
What my Washington real estate license means for you
Here’s the part I’m most excited about.
If you’ve followed my business for any length of time, you know how much of my work already crosses the state line. People move between Spokane and North Idaho constantly. For jobs, for lifestyle, for family, for a change of pace.
Until now, I could only take you so far. Once you crossed into Washington (or came the other way), I had to hand you off to another agent.
Not anymore.
Selling in Post Falls and buying in Liberty Lake? Relocating from Spokane to Coeur d’Alene? Want one Realtor who can walk you through the entire process no matter which side of the border you land on? That’s exactly what I’m here for now.
Ready to explore homes in North Idaho or the Spokane region? Let’s start with a conversation about your goals, timeline, and what home means to you.
Serving North Idaho and Spokane from two Avalon 24 offices
Avalon 24 has offices in Post Falls, Idaho and Liberty Lake, Washington, which fits perfectly with how I already work. I’m still based right here in North Idaho, but now I have the backing, resources, and licensing to serve you fully on both sides of the state line. No handoffs. No guesswork. None of the personal service you’ve come to expect from me gets lost in the shuffle.
What stays the same
Nothing about how I show up for you is changing.
I’m still the Realtor who answers her phone. Who tells you the truth, even when it’s not what you want to hear. Who treats your home, whether you’re buying it or selling it, like it’s the most important transaction happening this year. Because to you, it is.
What’s changing is how much more I can offer: a stronger brokerage behind me, a broader footprint across the Inland Northwest, and the ability to serve you seamlessly whether your next move is in Idaho, Washington, or somewhere in between.
Thank you to everyone who has trusted me with their real estate journey so far. This next chapter is for you.
